Detox Water Recipe's
Hey guys, Now that its getting warmer out, something I like to do is drink lots and lots of water. Something that drives me to drink more water is making detox water. Here are some recipes for detox water that you can make at home. I hope you guys enjoy :)
Strawberry/Lime/Cucumber/Mint
1 Quart of water
1 Cups of ice
Mint leaves (put as much as you want)
1/2 A lime (sliced)
1/2 A cucumber (sliced)
1 Cup of strawberries (cut in ½)
In a pitcher add ice, mint leaves, cucumber, lime and strawberries. Add water and mix. Let sit in fridge over night and enjoy.
Raspberry/Lemon/Mint
1 Quart of water
1 Cups of ice
Mint leaves (as much as you want)
1 Lemon (sliced)
3/4 Cup raspberries
In a pitcher add ice, mint leaves, lemon, raspberries. Add water and mix. Set in fridge for 45 minutes and enjoy your refreshing drink
Cucumber/Lemon/Lime
1 Quart of water
1 Cups of ice
1/2 Cucumber (sliced)
1/2 Lemon (sliced)
1/2 Lime (sliced)
In a pitcher add ice, lime, cucumber and lemon. Then add water and mix, let sit in fridge over night and enjoy.
Raspberry/Blueberry/Strawberry
1 Quart of water
1 Cups of ice
1/4 Cup blueberries
1/2 Cup raspberries
1/2 Cup of strawberries (sliced)
In a pitcher add ice, blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. Then add water and mix. Let sit over night or longer (up to you). Drink and enjoy :)
Watermelon/Mint
1 Quart of water
1/2 Cup of ice
2 Tbl spoons of lemon juice
1 1/2 Cup of (cubed) Watermelon
Mint leaves (as much as you want)
In a pitcher muddle watermelon, lemon juice and mint leaves. Then add water and ice. Mix and serve cold. Enjoy :)
Strawberry/Orange
1 Quart of water
1/2 Cup of ice
1/2 Cup of strawberries (sliced)
1/2 An orange (sliced)
In a pitcher add water, ice, orange and strawberries. Mix and serve. Enjoy :)
